250th Anniversary Commemorative Release

Two hundred and fifty years ago, a handful of stubborn people decided they’d rather build something of their own than be told what to drink, what to make, or what to believe.

We’ve been making bourbon in that spirit ever since.

The Coal Pick 8-Pack for America is our answer to a once-in-a-lifetime birthday — eight bottles of Kentucky craft bourbon, made on a 4,000-acre farm outside the old town of Paradise Kentucky. Two of every expression we pour. One you open. One you don’t.

Every Commemorative 250 bottle is hand-signed, individually numbered, and arrives with its own Letter of Certification (click to view) verifying its place in the run. Numbers are assigned at random — you don’t know yours until the box lands at your door. Could be #007. Could be #250. That’s part of the fun.

We only made so many. When they’re gone, we don’t make them again. That’s the whole point.
