Coal Pick Very Small Batch is a flavorful and smooth Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, bottled at approximately 100 proof. Each batch is hand-selected and blended from 3 to 5 of our Cooper’s Select barrels—distilled, aged, and bottled entirely on-site. Never sourced and always local, this bourbon represents our commitment to true small-batch craft.
Mash:

Locally sourced grains and Kentucky limestone filtered water are used to produce this handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, Very Small Batch Bourbon.
Our sweet mash is pot distilled, aged in our private rick house, and bottled by our team here at Coal Pick Distillery, located on the grounds of our 4,000-acre farm near the former town of Paradise, Kentucky.
The perfect location for aging bourbon, Kentucky’s extreme temperature cycles allow increased flavor extraction. Our oak barrel staves are aged in the open air, wind, and rain for 18–24 months, which helps soften the wood’s harsh tannins. Our barrels are toasted and charred precisely to our specifications, resulting in a truly special, hand-crafted Kentucky bourbon.
